I began my journey with Copeland in January 2023 as an Assistant in Product Planning. In June 2024, I transitioned into a full-time role as a Business Sales Analyst on a fixed-term contract, where I focused on delivering sales analytics, building reporting dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. My journey with Copeland concluded in February 2025.

`Business Sales Analyst` (June 2024 – Feb 2025)

At Copeland, alongside ad-hoc reporting I built scalable BI solutions that automated workflows and reduced manual effort. I developed executive-ready Power BI and Salesforce dashboards, reducing reporting time by 30% and improving consistency with automated processes in Power Query/DAX and Excel. By resolving data discrepancies with the Cluj data team, I enhanced forecasting accuracy and database quality. I also created a business plan for leveraging AI and BI tools and introduced Power Automate workflows for approvals, product lifecycle, and reporting. These initiatives, alongside pricing and margin analysis that lifted gross margins by 2.5%, and AI-driven multilingual customer support automation, helped sales teams across 15 global markets save 100+ hours per quarter.

Projects

Assistant Product Planner (Jan 2023 – Jun 2024)

As an Assistant Product Planner at Emerson (now Copeland), I supported New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by tracking costs, timelines, and milestones within the Stage-Gate process. To improve data visibility, I developed Excel and ERP dashboards for Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost roll-ups, which streamlined collaboration between engineering and sourcing teams. I also integrated sustainability checkpoints — including material compliance, recyclability, and energy-efficiency targets – into planning workflows, ensuring projects aligned with both performance and sustainability goals. In addition, I contributed to product lifecycle data management in Oracle ERP and prepared status reports for cross-functional reviews, strengthening alignment between engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
